Nichola Brown- Director
I’m passionate about helping children thrive.
For the past 14 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing within education. I created the business because I could see a significant gap between children and families needing support and the long waiting times for accessing traditional services.
Our work is about bridging that gap — providing schools, children and families with timely, accessible, practical and therapeutic support when they need it most.
We work alongside schools to understand the individual needs of children, helping them to regulate, rebuild confidence, improve wellbeing and re-engage with education. Most importantly, we focus on the whole child and the people around them, working collaboratively with schools and families to create meaningful, lasting change.
Every child deserves the opportunity not just to attend school, but to feel safe, understood, supported and able to thrive.
Natalie – Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist | Clinical Supervisor | EPEC Parenting Facilitator
Natalie is an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and EPEC Parenting Facilitator, with over seven years’ experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
She has worked with children, young people and families since 2012, supporting them to navigate a wide range of emotional, behavioural and relational challenges and helping to improve outcomes both at home and within education.
Natalie’s approach is warm, collaborative and person-centred. She recognises that a child or young person’s emotional wellbeing cannot be viewed in isolation and is often shaped by their relationships, family experiences, education and wider environment. She works alongside young people and parents to develop a shared understanding of difficulties and identify practical, realistic ways forward.
As an EPEC Parenting Facilitator, Natalie is passionate about supporting parents to feel more confident in understanding and responding to their child’s needs, strengthening relationships and creating positive change within family life.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Natalie provides clinical supervision and reflective support to practitioners, creating a safe and thoughtful space to explore clinical work, develop professional practice and consider the emotional impact of supporting children and families.
Natalie brings together her experience across mental health, parenting, education and family support, with a focus on helping children, parents and professionals feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful and sustainable change.
Sarah Boyle
I am passionate about helping children and young people understand themselves, find their voice and recognise their own potential.
I have over four years’ experience working within secondary schools in supply and pastoral roles, alongside the past two years supporting children within primary school settings. These experiences have allowed me to work with children from a wide range of backgrounds and with very different needs, personalities and experiences.
A big part of my work has been building trusting relationships with children and creating an environment where they feel safe enough to be themselves. I believe strongly that behaviour is often a form of communication, and that taking the time to understand what is happening underneath the behaviour can make a real difference.
I am currently in my final year of studying Counselling and Psychotherapy, working from a humanistic, person-centred approach. This year I am also developing my specialist knowledge through a module focused on working therapeutically with children.
My own upbringing has played an important part in shaping the way I work. It has given me a genuine understanding of the importance of being listened to, understood and given the opportunity to have a voice. This is something I carry into my work with every child I support.
I pride myself on being warm, approachable and non-judgemental. I want children to feel that they are not simply being judged on their behaviour or difficulties, but that someone is genuinely interested in who they are, what they have experienced and what they need.
My aim is to help children feel heard, understood and empowered to understand themselves and move forward.
"Every child deserves swift care, deep empathy, and a safe path toward emotional well-being."
